Cook 01 | Char Siu

This was my first attempt at cooking Char Siu (BBQ Roast Pork). 

24 Hours marinading pork belly, 24 hours in a Sous Vide 'bath' and a further 20 minutes in an oven.  

Out came a charred, crispy, salty-sweet tender pork belly.  The recipe needs a little modifying but pretty happy how it came out.
